Turnaround Time:

Due to the handmade nature of many of our products we have a shipping turnaround time of up to 7 business days however in most cases orders will actually ship within 2-3 business days. If you are in a rush for your items please contact us to inquire about current turnaround times. 

Return/Exchange Policy:

You may return unwashed, unworn merchandise with tags still attached within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at info@darlingdesignz.com to initiate the return. You will be required to ship the item(s) back at your expense and will receive a full refund (minus shipping costs) once your order is received on our end.

Due to the limited quantity of inventory we do not offer direct exchanges. In the case of wanting to exchange a size you can reorder the item if the size you are wanting is available at that time and then return the original item for a refund. 

Clearance section items will be a FINAL SALE
